It was here at this true sanctuary that I was fortunate enough to leave the world behind and encounter a truly relaxing and revitalising Aromatherapy Body Wrap.

 

Upon entering the spa I instantly began to relax, as I entered a world of true respite. My skilful therapist began the Lilian Terry International Body Wrap with a body exfoliant made of organic ingredients of Apricot kernel, Baobab, Marula, Kigelia Aricana and Kalahari Watermelon, which hydrate and soften the skin. After this was gently removed, the Serenity Body Wrap was applied to my body. Designed to free up the mind and ease the stresses and strains of an emotionally demanding lifestyle, this amazing wrap combines the therapeutic benefits of traditional African ingredients and natural sun dried pink clay rich in Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper, Manganese and Selenium, which help to balance one's energy levels and benefit the body through their strong anti-oxidant effect. Other key ingredients include essential oils of Lavender, Marjoram and Patchouli, and herbal extracts of Horsetail, Marula, Aloe Ferrox, Centella Asiatica and Black Grape, which add to the phenomenal sensory and aromatic experience that one enjoys with this remarkable body wrap. It was applied using sweeping lymphatic movements, which completely relaxes the body and eases one's mind. As I lay covered after the application of the wrap, my therapist used the new Lilian Terry International Roller Massage Balls over the contours of my back as well as to give me a head massage. The relaxing movements sent me off to a silent slumber. I was later awoken to shower, which was followed by the application of a body lotion.
